Breadboard setup

Please have a glimpse of the electronics breadboard shown in the figure. 

Dimentions:

This is the practical board which we are going to study in deep to understand the basic set up. This  board is with 175mm in length, 67 mm in breadth and 8mm in depth  made of ABS plastic, a special kind of plastic. 

Terminals:

The connecting terminals are housed in this plastic box with soft plastic padding at the bottom. Remember the components and connectors are plugged into this 8 mm depth of holes. Altogether 8 bus of 25 connected terminals each are available for power lines (Power Bus) namely for positive and negative terminals of power supply mainly from the battery pack. Apart from that 128 groups of each with 5 connected terminals are available for components and jumpers connections. we shall go deep into the set up in our coming posts.
